  • What is the gender ratio?
    • Company

    As of October 2024, the gender ratio among our approximately 300 full-time employees is around 60% male and 40% female.

  • What is the average age?
    • Company

    The average age of our full-time employees is 31 (as of October 2024).

  • Are there any members raising children? Is parental or maternity leave available?
    • Company

    Yes, many of our members, including the CEO, are raising children. We provide a supportive environment where both men and women can take parental or maternity leave.

  • Can you tell me about your working styles, such as office attendance or remote work?
    • Company

    In-office or remote work policies are determined by each business unit. Individual circumstances such as family responsibilities, existing health conditions, and other personal situations are also taken into consideration.

  • Are there any company-wide events or social gatherings?
    • Company

    Yes, we host various events both in our home office event space and at external venues. One example is “Findy-Night,” a monthly, optional social gathering where employees can meet new team members and invite potential candidates interested in joining Findy. We also hold “Welcome to Findy,” an event that helps new employees connect with the leadership team. Additionally, we organize a semiannual company-wide event called “Fine-Day,” where we celebrate our team by presenting awards such as the MVP and Value Awards.

  • Can you tell me about your employee benefit programs?
    • Company

    As of now, we offer the following benefits and plan to review and update them as needed in the future:
    ・Full social insurance coverage (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation)
    ・Meal compensations to meet with managers
    ・Support for programming education
    ・Business and technology training
    ・Subsidies for external training programs

  • Can you tell me about your paid leave policy?
    • Company

    Employees receive 10 days of paid leave after six months of continuous employment, provided they have worked at least 80% of scheduled days.
    To support work-life balance from the start, 5 of those 10 days are granted in advance on the employee’s start date.

  • Can you tell me about the probationary period and the terms and conditions during that time?
    • Company

    The probationary period is three months. There is no difference in terms and conditions during or after the probationary period. ※It may be extended up to a maximum of six months.

  • Can you tell me about your evaluation system?
    • Company

    We set goals twice a year based on two key areas: performance evaluation (quantitative) and value evaluation (qualitative). In addition, we place importance on building mutual understanding through 1-on-1 meetings between managers and members to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • What is your salary payment schedule?
    • Company

    Salaries are paid on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a holiday, payment is made on the previous business day. Each paycheck covers work performed through the end of the prior month.

  • Is side work or a second job allowed?
    • Company

    Yes, side jobs are permitted for all employees (full-time, contract, part-time, and temporary), provided a prior application is submitted and the following conditions are met:
    ・The side job must not involve working for a competitor (non-compete clause).
    ・The work must be based on a freelance or contract arrangement (employment contracts with other companies are not allowed to avoid dual employment).

  • Can you tell me about overtime pay?
    • Company

    The monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay.

  • Can you tell me about your company culture?

    Our work is guided by five core values, with the most important one being "proactivity."

  • Can you share any examples that show how your values are embedded in your culture?
    • Company

    At Findy, we live by five key values (see details [here]). Here are some examples of how these values are expressed across teams at Findy.
    Proactivity: Our engineering team refers to technical debt as “room for growth,” embracing challenges with a positive mindset.
    Sincerity: We have a unique team built around the concept of “User Success,” dedicated to supporting the career growth of the registrants that use our career search platform, Findy. We never push unnecessary job changes and focus on providing truly valuable information during career consultations.
    Teamwork: Since most of our users and clients are engineers, everyone at the company actively learns about engineering. Our engineers, in turn, show strong interest in the business side—creating a culture of mutual respect.
    Speed: We strive for “explosively fast value delivery,” such as responding to user inquiries within four hours.
    No.1: Our engineers create an average of 3–4 pull requests per day per person
    —among the highest productivity levels in Japan.

  • Do I need to have knowledge of IT or engineering?
    • Business

    Not necessarily. However, a strong interest in technology and startups is preferred. You can build your knowledge through on-the-job training or by studying with resources like programming schools or Progate (we offer support for programming training). Many of our successful team members come from non-tech backgrounds.

  • What kind of backgrounds or previous industries do your team members come from?
    • Business

    Our team members come from a wide range of industries, including IT, HR, bridal, real estate, education, and consulting.

  • What are some common traits among employees who thrive after joining the company?
    • Business

    People who are open-minded, willing to learn and embrace new things, and those who embody Findy's five core values tend to excel within the company.

  • Is it possible to transfer to a different role or department?
    • Business

    Yes. Some members have moved from customer success to roles in sales, marketing, or engineering. We support career development through regular 1-on-1 meetings, aligning individual goals with organizational needs.
